Ahaana Wellness was founded by a GP with a special interest in lifestyle medicine to help midlife women reclaim their energy, confidence and balance — without sacrificing the life they’ve built.

By combining medical insight with personalised coaching, I support women to make sustainable changes that restore wellbeing from the inside out.
